5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Equipment and Sensors

Temperature sensors purchased from Freezerbot remain your property. You are responsible for:

• Proper installation according to provided instructions
• Maintaining sensor batteries and connectivity
• Protecting sensors from damage or theft

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freezerbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or product inventory, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination
